Job Summary
Gather client information to facilitate renewals and complete processing tasks from your work queue. Develop relationships with clients by responding to requests timely and creating sales materials like proposals and quotes as needed. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to understand policies, act as a liaison between account managers and quality control, and schedule client meetings for advisors. Prepare reports for executives and service small business accounts as experience increases. Maintain a Property and Casualty license, hold a valid driver's license, and adhere to HIPAA compliance guidelines while working in a general office environment with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to interact with employees, customers, and vendor companies.
- Working knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
- Ability to travel offsite as needed including limited overnight travel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires possession and maintenance of a Property and Casualty license.
- Must have a current driver license and an insurable driving record.
