Job Summary
Assistant Account Manager needed to support the Account Manager in managing client relations and fulfill shipping/warehouse coordination tasks. Responsibilities include responding promptly to service needs within 30 minutes, confirming orders ship within 24 hours, coordinating with warehouse supervisors to resolve shipping issues, communicating clearly via phone and email, assisting with Will-Call pickup, and resolving shipping issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Requires experience with PC computers and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Education: High school or equivalent required. Experience: Account Management: 1 year (preferred); Client Services & Customer Support: 1 year (required). This is a full-time role based in Lehi, Utah.
