Job Summary
The Assistant Account Manager (Employee Benefits) supports the renewal and administrative processes for employee benefits programs. Responsibilities include requesting plan renewals from carriers, gathering census data, assisting with RFPs, supporting Open Enrollment meetings/materials, maintaining accurate account files in agency systems, addressing client billing issues and reconciliations, obtaining post-enrollment numbers, preparing Annual Legal Notices, and facilitating HRIS/benefits tools updates (Ease, ADP, Paylocity). The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, analytical and organizational abilities, and the capacity to interact with clients, internal staff, and carrier representatives. A High School diploma or GED is required, with a college degree preferred, and 2-4 years of related benefits experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Qualifications

- Ability to respond to customer needs and manage multiple tasks accurately
