Job Summary
Process audits and endorsements, check and attach insurance policies in Epic, and assemble client policies for delivery. Process and issue proofs of insurance, handle endorsement requests, direct bill cancellations, and reinstatements, and obtain loss runs, endorsements, and billing data from carrier websites. Attend office and team meetings as necessary while participating in carrier website training. Requires an active P&C license or ability to obtain one, strong attention to detail, and Microsoft experience. Hybrid schedule available.
