Assistant Account Executive

Assistant Account Executive at Flywheel acts as the liaison between clients and internal teams (account, creative, digital, production) to ensure flawless execution of projects. Responsibilities include developing and managing programs, handling internal/external communications, coordinating vendor meetings, maintaining timelines and budgets, ensuring in-market delivery, facilitating cross-functional understanding of scope, planning and managing client workflows on smaller projects, collaborating with Project Management to create and update timelines, prepping projects for Studio Production, overseeing proofing of final work, maintaining knowledge of technical production aspects, and managing cost estimates and billing inputs. Ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Business/Marketing and up to 3 years of agency/internship experience, strong relationship-building and ethical professional conduct, and can operate in a hybrid work environment with some in-office collaboration. The role emphasizes client servicing, production coordination, and financial/budget awareness within an agency setting.
