Job Summary
The Assistant Academy Director at Source Academy will provide instructional leadership and oversee operations to ensure a nurturing and educational environment for children. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in early childhood education.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- At least two (2) years of experience working with preschoolers in a licensed child care center, preschool or Head Start
- A well-developed philosophy on the education of young children
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
