Assistant 8th Grade Football Coach (B)

Organize and supervise practices, competitions, and team activities while teaching fundamental skills, rules, and strategies appropriate for middle school student-athletes. Foster a positive, inclusive, and educational athletic environment by promoting good sportsmanship, character, teamwork, and respect among athletes. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at practices and events, maintaining appropriate supervision during games, travel, and other team activities. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school staff, officials, and administration while monitoring student-athlete academic progress and encouraging academic success. Support and enforce school, district, conference, and state athletic policies and expectations. Assist with equipment management, inventory, and care of school facilities, and attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
