Job Summary
Assistant 7th Grade Football Coach to support Head Coach in implementing program goals, supervise practices and games, enforce rules, mentor student-athletes, track academic performance, organize team travel, equipment care, and assist with outreach activities and team communications.
Required Qualifications
- Iowa Coaching Authorization or Coaching Endorsement (BOEE)
- Current certifications: CPR/AED, Concussion in Sports, Heat Illness Prevention
- Basic understanding of sport-specific skills, rules, and strategy
- Ability to support and implement the Head Coach's program philosophy and vision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
