Job Summary
Assist Front Desk Manager to lead Front Office and Guest Experience teams in delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality. Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience; promote accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include performance evaluations and appropriate discipline recommendations, staff training on LightSpeed and procedures, coverage for call-offs, ensuring timely communication of hotel activities, participation in the MOD program, payroll adherence, guest-service initiatives, and maintaining high standards of appearance and professionalism. Requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years previous experience as a front desk supervisor or minimum of four years front office experience in hotel work.
- Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
- Working knowledge of hotel systems and computer applications.
- Hilton experience preferred, but not required.
