Job Summary
Assume 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services in partnership with the Director of Nursing; oversee the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards in accordance with Federal, State, and company guidelines; perform nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) under the Nurse Practice Act; support and manage clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing; ensure compliance and effective administration of nursing services to residents.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an RN in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- IV certification preferred.
- Two years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience required.
