Job Summary
Develop and articulate a clear technology strategy aligning with business objectives, while identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing new technologies to enhance products and processes. Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, oversee the design and deployment of technology solutions, and manage the profit and loss of the delivery team including the technology budget. Create proof of concepts with delivery heads, strategize with stakeholders, and mitigate technology-related risks impacting operations or data integrity. Communicate technology initiatives to executive leadership and board members. Manage global operations and client management across geographies while defining architecture standards.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (typically 4 - 9 years) in technology leadership roles
- Expertise in software development methodologies
- Expertise in cloud technologies
- Expertise in cybersecurity
- Expertise in data management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability
- Track record of effective decision-making
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations related to data privacy and security
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or business-related degree
- Experience working as a Technical Architect
- Experience with Java Frameworks(Spring, Spring boot)
- Experience with Php related Frameworks (Laravel)
- Good knowledge in AI, Chatbot tools
- Good knowledge of scripting languages (React Js, Angular Js)
- Knowledge of rigging, electrical systems, and video projection
