Job Summary
Assets Protection Team Leader responsible for leading a security culture, crisis response, safety environment and crowd management; implementing daily/weekly AP workload priorities; responding to theft incidents and preventing future loss; conducting investigations and apprehensions; coaching and leading hourly team members; staffing and talent planning; scheduling to align with guest and business needs; identifying shortage trends; ensuring merchandise protection and safety procedures are followed; educating store leadership on best practices; and maintaining guest experience commitments while collaborating with district and store leadership to protect the store and brand. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; requires strong communication, teamwork, and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate security technology.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred, but not required
