Job Summary
Coordinate and execute maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upgrades for assigned assets at the Hafenlogistik unit in Uerdingen. Prioritize and manage technical incident reports for building systems including HVAC, sanitary, electrical, and access control infrastructure. Supervise on-site construction activities, instruct, and monitor partner firms while ensuring asset availability, safety, and technical integrity. Track maintenance report statuses, document work completion, and provide feedback to operations teams. Adhere to safety, environmental, and economic standards. Full-time role with German language proficiency and Class B driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche bzw. technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Schlosser, Elektriker, Mechatroniker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Bereich technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) ist wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Fremd- bzw. Partnerfirmen sowie in der Baustellenkoordination sind von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterqualifizierung, z. B. als EuP, Partnerfirmenkoordinator oder in weiteren funktionsbezogenen Schulungen
