Job Summary
Product Owner within the IPB Digital & Data Transformation program, driving digital client platform modernization and end-to-end product strategy for the Private Bank. The role collaborates with senior management, control partners, client service teams, designers and technologists to define scope, workflows, and user requirements; translates insights from data analytics, market analysis, and feedback into prioritized product initiatives; manages the feature backlog and roadmap, leads Go-To-Market activities for new releases, and delivers executive updates with production metrics and financial forecasting. The position supports global initiatives across EMEA, Asia and LATAM, requiring strong stakeholder management, a pragmatic, startup-like work ethic, and ability to operate across time zones while maintaining a focus on client experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 8 - 11 years of product owner experience
- Experience in Financial Services / Wealth Management
- Experience with Agile product teams and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong ownership, professional standards, and communication skills
- Ability to define and execute product roadmap and business models
- Ability to prioritize projects considering multiple variables (business/client needs, trends, resources)
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams for execution in an agile manner
- Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and work under pressure
