Job Summary
The Regional Business Development Analyst will partner with Regional Business Developers to advance corporate sales leads and deliver solutions. Responsibilities include conducting research to drive sales pipelines, coordinating inquiries from advisors, and collaborating with internal teams for lead analysis. The role requires building strong internal relationships, updating regional activity reports, assisting in project management for large implementations, and facilitating responses to RFPs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, 2-3 years in marketing or sales, solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with major coursework in marketing or other business-related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the marketing, sales and/or financial industry preferred
- Ability to work with teams and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet Goldman Sachs Ayco’s high work quality standards
- Organizational skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency
- Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle last minute prospect/client requests
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce preferred
- Project management skills and strong independent decision-making skills
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
- Presentation and communication skills
