Asset & Wealth Management - Product Governance - Associate role within J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Private Banking business. The role supports the IPB Head of Solutions Product Governance & Development in managing and overseeing product governance across Capital Markets (equities, fixed income, currencies & commodities, and alternative investments), Managed Solutions, and Strategy for the EMEA region. The Solutions Product Governance & Development team develops, markets, and monitors products and solutions for Private Bank clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and governance standards. Key responsibilities include serving as a project lead to develop and manage project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement the global product strategy in EMEA, communicating updates to senior management, coordinating cross-region initiatives (US/EMEA/Asia), adhering to governance practices, supporting process improvements and product modifications, and applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Requirements emphasize leading projects, experience with multi-asset class investments and regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, PRIIPs), ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and proficiency with MS Office.
