Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive wealth planning and modeling for ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and family offices. Serve as a senior resource for complex client situations involving substantial private-business interests, concentrated assets, and multigenerational wealth-transfer goals. Act as a subject matter expert to assist advisors in building nested-entity balance sheets and developing advanced dynamic cash-flow models. Participate in client meetings to explain planning analyses, assumptions, and trade-offs while serving as an escalation point for technically complex requests. Identify recurring advisor needs and collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance tools, processes, and data infrastructure. Train and mentor Private Wealth Advisors, analysts, and associates on advanced financial models and disciplined planning practices. Promote consistent adoption of wealth-planning tools and standards across the GSFO and Private Wealth Management platform. This full-time, in-office role covers clients across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in private wealth management, family office advisory, complex financial planning, trust and estate planning, transaction advisory, private banking, accounting, valuation, or a related field
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & Series 63 exams
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & Series 63 exams must be obtained within first 3 months of employment
- Full-time employment
- In-office work location in Dallas, Texas
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- An MBA, JD, CFA, CFP, or other relevant advanced degree/certification
