Job Summary
Serve as primary contact for Lifestyle Services across Private Wealth Management teams, clients, and third-party partners. Identify opportunities, drive best practices, and become a subject matter expert in services including cyber security, domestic staff recruitment, travel, and medical advisory. Partner with Family Office senior leadership to support business development initiatives, create scalable solutions, and execute opportunities that advance commercial impact. Facilitate client introductions with Private Wealth Advisors and service providers to ensure timely deliverables while tracking and resolving client requests. Help clients understand service benefits, evaluate third-party partnerships, and champion new service offering launches. Define success criteria and core metrics across vendor partners to evaluate business performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in a client facing role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
- Series 7 exam
- Series 63 exam
