Job Summary
The Bill Pay team within the Private Family Office is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bill Pay and Payroll Analyst to support accounting services for high net worth clients. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable, processing payments, handling payroll audits, and liaising with clients and advisor teams. Ideal candidates should have an associate’s degree, familiarity with accounting practices, and strong communication and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required
- Experience in Excel preferred
- Knowledge of General Ledger accounting, A/P, A/R and/or Payroll a plus
- Small business experience with 1099 and sales/use tax experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines
