Job Summary
Associate, Non-Self-Sustaining Advisor in Asset & Wealth Management develops comprehensive wealth management plans, asset allocation, and investment strategies for ultra-high net worth individuals and select institutions, including foundations and endowments. It involves creating and applying business development strategies, sourcing intermediaries and referrals to grow AUM, delivering an investment platform across asset classes, fielding questions on markets, and articulating the firm’s investment thesis. The role includes one-on-one client engagements, onboarding, and ongoing reporting, as well as using data analysis and coding to extract business intelligence from publicly available databases relevant to the ultra-high net worth sector. Travel to meet clients and events is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) in the job offered or in a related role.
