Job Summary
Asset & Wealth Management Location Strategy Associate responsible for supporting tactical project activities across Finance & Business Management, including move execution, seat management, reporting, data analytics, and regulatory deliverables. Focus areas include space efficiency metrics, cross-functional reporting with India team, self-service portal enhancements, seat booking implementations, and planning guidance for HLP locations. Requires data-driven storytelling for CFO audiences, advanced Excel capabilities, confidentiality, and strong collaboration with AWM executives to optimize headcount and footprint while contributing to resiliency and regulatory initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in finance / business management role
- Proactive approach to workload with confidence to escalate appropriately
- Ability to distill insights from data and craft a narrative suitable for a CFO’s perspective
- Confidence / Independence with a demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and PowerPoint) with an advanced Excel functionality including pivot tables, Vlookups, data modeling and manipulations
- Proficiency with developing and editing PitchPro and telling the story
- Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic environment with effective multi-tasking skills
