Job Summary
Business Manager for Asset & Wealth Management Operations to influence outcomes for Investment Product Operations, partner to set strategic goals, coordinate budgets/headcount, prepare executive presentations and reports, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to optimize organizational design, cost efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Key duties include serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, tracking strategic priorities, communicating progress, preparing materials for internal/external stakeholders, and supporting management meetings and client discussions with data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
- 5+ years of experience in or related to financial services strategy, business management and/or financial planning.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive and self-motivated and able to navigate initiatives independently from ideation to completion
- Proven experience in influencing and unifying others towards a common goal
- Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, particularly in PowerPoint
- Confidence and skill to think strategically, develop solutions, and present recommendations to business leaders
- Demonstrates high degree of organization, experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
