Job Summary
Full Lifecycle Executive Recruiter for JPMorgan's Asset & Wealth Management division. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: qualifying searches, intake calls with hiring managers, talent mapping and pipeline management, sourcing across channels, screening and presenting candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interview schedules, delivering a positive candidate experience, guiding offer negotiations, and liaising with HR/compensation to secure approvals. Acts as a subject matter expert, delivering recruiting activity updates to senior client groups and managing escalations. Requires 6+ years in recruiting, strong client management, communication, and ability to work independently and within a team. Preferred: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a recruiter role either in-house or within a talent acquisition agency
- Experience sourcing and pipelining talent
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a first class candidate experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients when required
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and escalations where appropriate
- Good prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
