Asset & Wealth Management - Engineering - Marketing Technology (MarTech) - Vice President - Richardson

VP of MarTech Engineering will lead the strategic technical vision for our marketing and advertising ecosystem, defining standards for AI model integration and implementing best practices to modernize the stack. This role focuses on integrating DSPs/SSPs/CDPs with internal advertising decision engines, establishing CI/CD for marketing, evaluating third-party MarTech tools, and driving AI-enabled optimization across campaigns. Responsibilities include guiding AI standard definitions for LLMs and agentic AI, developing frameworks for AI-driven relevance and real-time bidding, partnering with Data Science to bring predictive analytics into campaign management, and leading cross-functional collaboration with the CMO and product leadership. The position requires a proven track record in MarTech/AdTech leadership, expertise in programmatic advertising and RTB, experience deploying AI in production, data-architecture proficiency, and a strong emphasis on privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA) and global security standards; and entails mentoring a high-performing team of engineers and architects.
