Job Summary
Lead strategic cross-divisional change management initiatives within Asset & Wealth Management, deploying governance tools to drive timely, on-budget implementations. Structure complex business challenges to deliver tangible benefits while mitigating risks and managing dependencies across the project lifecycle. Articulate issues, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring practical resolutions and optimal delivery. Provide hands-on coaching to team members to reach efficient performance levels and maintain situational awareness on large-scale programs. Define business cases, scope, and test execution plans to ensure benefits realization. Work alongside Deal Execution, Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to support global AWM businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' relevant experience in a comparable role
