Job Summary
Asset Training Specialist in Portsmouth NH responsible for delivering hands-on and classroom training to biotechnologists in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will onboard new employees, develop engaging training materials (videos, guides, digital tools), conduct interactive sessions on manufacturing, safety, and quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet compliance and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment or similar regulated setting
- Background in training, teaching, or developing others in a technical environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing training materials is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
