Asset Specialist

Coordinate with drivers, leasing companies, and vendors to lease, purchase, or rent trucks and supply necessary equipment. Assist drivers in test driving, identify issues, and resolve leasing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Order and sign lease and independent contractor agreements while maintaining equipment inventories across multiple warehouse locations. Update systems for truck assignments, manage month-end inventory processes, and coordinate rental trucks when needed. Address incoming calls and emails regarding leasing terms and options. Work with the Safety Department to ensure driver training qualifications and setup are completed timely.
