Asset Servicing Product Management Governance and Control Officer

Role leads design and delivery of the Asset Servicing Product Management operating model; establish governance forums, decision rights, and execution cadence; ensure alignment with risk, regulatory, and enterprise change requirements; act as primary Product Management contact for Audit, RCSA, and control reviews; lead cross-product audit coordination; partner with Segment, Region and Product Leads to ensure consistent execution and alignment across the organization; responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, evaluating and approving new capabilities, and supporting enterprise change initiatives; requires significant experience in financial services, strong governance and stakeholder-management skills, and ability to balance strategic design with hands-on implementation.
