Job Summary
Lead outreach efforts for asset servicing in a global fintech context, managing client communications and workshops, handling escalations, and defining outreach reporting and risk analysis. Serves as primary client contact, collaborates with the outcome PM, owns outreach templates and guidelines, and contributes to product development backlog. Hybrid role based in Warsaw with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote, offering flexible and international collaboration with clients and internal teams. Requires strong experience in asset management/asset servicing, post-trade processes, onboarding, and understanding of order executions, settlements and reconciliations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business communication with a clearing broker, a custodian and an asset manager
- Experience in onboarding within Asset Management / Asset Servicing industry
- Understanding of order executions, settlements and reconciliations
- Experience with post-trade processes until fund accounting starts
