Job Summary
Asset Reliability Lead at Mondelēz International leading and coaching maintenance teams to build preventative maintenance strategies, drive a change journey in plant automation, and implement Predictive Maintenance Planning. Responsible for PM tools, CBM, visual controls, lubrication management and calibration, while fostering a strong equipment reliability culture. Leads cost reduction and spare parts optimization, manages third-party partners for site utilities, and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals. Emphasizes IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) practices to deliver zero breakdowns, develops governance for performance review, and ensures continuity of manufacturing standards and regulatory understanding. Strong leadership, project management, and coaching capabilities to develop the Facilities/Engineering team and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
Required Qualifications
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in FMCG, Food Production or Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in TPM – Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM expertise, SAP PM module end user knowledge (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching and leadership skills in a team based environment
