Job Summary
Greet and welcome customers at the store entrance while visually monitoring traffic to deter theft and maintain a safe business environment. Communicate any suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security. Provide assistance and offer a visible, welcoming presence that supports the customer shopping experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and flexibility to cover retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position involves prolonged standing or walking and may require lifting up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to reach above eye level, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to lift/move up to 30lbs
