Job Summary
Asset Protection Visual Security Officer at Bloomingdale’s is responsible for providing a visible, welcoming presence at the customer entrance, deterring theft, greeting customers, and aiding the shopping experience. The role requires monitoring customer traffic, maintaining a safe store environment, and communicating suspicious activity to Asset Protection. Training will be provided to perform duties with professionalism and growth opportunities within the protective role. The position requires the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the physical capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
