Job Summary
Conduct safety inspections, execute inventory counts, and manage reverse logistics processes to ensure accurate stock levels and deter theft. Lead asset protection and inventory control teams by developing prevention programs, investigating shrinkage variances, and overseeing CCTV reviews. Train team members on accident prevention, GOLD club standards, and operational procedures while resolving member concerns and maintaining a safe environment. Complete weekly shrink reports, manage exception-based reporting, and drive performance through data analysis and strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Open shift availability
- At least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience
- Prior, asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
- Forklift experience
