Job Summary
Conduct safety inspections, instruct on accident prevention techniques, and assist in accident investigations while handling worker's compensation and general liability rates. Lead and execute inventory counts, manage inventory control functions, and oversee count teams to ensure accuracy in the club. Develop and teach company asset prevention programs, implement shrink deterrence initiatives, and investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and organized retail crime cases. Perform weekly CCTV reviews, complete data entry for inventory recoveries, and manage exception-based reporting for cash variances. Execute merchandise protection standards, validate merchandise leaving back doors, and resolve losses identified through reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Open shift availability
- At least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience
- Prior, asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
- Forklift experience
