Job Summary
Execute and direct the implementation of Shortage Control and Safety programs while leading the store asset protection team. Perform and supervise patrols, strategic monitoring, and safety inspections to ensure the physical security of customers, associates, merchandise, and the store structure. Investigate theft incidents, control access, monitor CCTV, and represent the company in court proceedings as necessary. Assist in recruiting and training new Shortage Control Associates, maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety protocols, and develop relationships with local law enforcement. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a security guard, asset protection officer or retail security associate
