Job Summary
Conduct safety inspections, instruct accident prevention techniques, and assist in investigations. Lead and execute inventory counts, manage physical and systemic processes, and ensure count accuracy. Develop and teach asset prevention programs, investigate theft, fraud, and organized retail crime cases, and review CCTV footage weekly. Coach team members through training processes, address concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate. Execute merchandise protection standards, validate merchandise leaving back doors, and resolve losses from reporting variances. Maintain club policies, ensure GOLD member standards, and drive operational performance. Requires open shift availability, at least 18 years of age, and forklift experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience
- Prior, asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
- Forklift experience
