Job Summary
Monitor store areas for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and loss prevention activities using video surveillance and other systems. Identify potential concerns and apprehend individuals in accordance with company policy, local, and state laws, prioritizing safety for customers, associates, and business partners. Ensure the store remains a secure environment while working in varying environments, including store interiors and outside perimeters. Approach challenges with a positive, kind manner while building relationships and teaching others.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences
