Job Summary
Monitor store areas for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other loss-related activities using video surveillance and other systems. Identify potential concerns and apprehend individuals in accordance with company policy, local, and state laws, prioritizing safety throughout all interactions. Ensure the store remains a secure environment for customers, associates, and business partners while working in varying environments including store interiors and outside perimeters. Approach challenges positively and build relationships with others.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences
