Job Summary
Asset Protection Specialist focused on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring store areas for fraud and compliance discrepancies; identifies potential concerns through video surveillance and other systems and apprehends in accordance with company policy and local laws with safety as the priority; ensures the store is a safe and secure environment for customers, associates, and business partners; emphasizes building relationships and training others, and supports flexible work schedules and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience in loss prevention or asset protection or related experience
- Ability to monitor and identify security concerns
- Ability to apprehend in accordance with company policy and local laws
- Comfort working in varying environments (in-store and outside perimeter)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, calm demeanor and safety-conscious mindset
