Job Summary
Greet and engage customers in a timely, professional manner while maintaining a visible presence throughout the store in a Nordstrom security officer style uniform. Perform monitoring and surveillance activities, assess and assist in emergency situations, and reduce inventory loss through audits, training, and education. Interact with coworkers to prevent loss of inventory and maintain a high level of confidentiality. You must meet local licensing requirements and work a flexible schedule based on business needs. This role supports Nordstrom's mission to provide true connection for customers through attentive service and loss prevention.
Required Qualifications
