Job Summary
Asset Protection Partner at Sephora responsible for safeguarding assets, promoting safety, and supporting a safe environment for clients and employees. Responsibilities include leading safety meetings and training, spending 75-80% on the selling floor to deter theft while maintaining a secure environment, collaborating with store leadership on shrink reduction and safety initiatives, using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses, de-escalating incidents with professionalism, completing audits and reports, complying with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements, supporting multiple locations as needed, and being prepared to testify in court if required. Must be available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet the minimum weekly shift requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety
- Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
- Conflict de-escalation skills
- Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
