Responsibilities include leading safety meetings and training, spending 75-80% on the selling floor to deter theft while maintaining a secure environment, collaborating with store leadership on shrink reduction and safety initiatives, using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses, de-escalating incidents with professionalism, completing audits and reports, complying with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements, supporting multiple locations as needed, and being prepared to testify in court if required. Must be available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet the minimum weekly shift requirements.
