Job Summary
Asset Protection Partner guards store assets against theft, conducts surveillance (including CCTV), prepares incident and audit reports, trains staff on loss prevention, conducts store self-audits and safety inspections, supports inventory processes, and collaborates with leadership, law enforcement, and other retailers. Requires 1 year LP experience, high school graduate, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, ability to work at multiple locations within a market, proficiency with Windows/Excel, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a fragrance-filled retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
- Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements (as required by province or local jurisdiction).
- A High School graduate or equivalent.
