Job Summary
Asset Protection Partner responsible for safeguarding Sephora’s assets, monitoring store activity with CCTV, leading safety meetings and training, deterring theft on the selling floor, partnering with store leadership to reduce shrink and implement safety initiatives, and handling incidents with professionalism. Requires 1–2 years of experience in retail/asset protection or loss prevention, strong communication and de-escalation skills, ability to work full-time on nights/weekends/holidays, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to collaborate across teams to maintain a safe, service-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
