Responsibilities include providing visible presence, assisting in apprehensions under supervision, documenting incidents with detailed reporting, conducting operational audits, promoting a safe environment, complying with policies and legal standards, and providing testimony as needed. Requires strong customer service orientation, communication with customers and coworkers, ability to use technology and handheld devices, and physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs; weekend availability is part of the schedule.
