Job Summary
Direct daily store operations by providing exceptional service to all clientele and maintaining accurate accounting functions, including settling tills, preparing deposits, and monitoring cashiers. Train and mentor team members on updated cashier policies while enforcing company standards regarding dress, name tags, and government compliance. Manage records that adhere to all regulations and assist in other areas as needed. This entry-level role requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, stand for extended periods, and handle sharp instruments in a clean, friendly atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10/20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
- Ability to stoop.
- Ability to kneel.
- Ability to stand.
- Ability to reach.
- Ability to push.
- Ability to pull.
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
