Job Summary
Asset Protection Manager oversees HSE and security policies within a high-volume Retail Support Center, leading safety and loss prevention programs, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, FDA), supervising physical security systems, and conducting investigations and training. The role requires strategic leadership to foster a proactive safety culture, incident reporting and regulatory submissions, and collaboration across operations, facilities, and leadership to minimize risk and preserve assets. Key duties include developing and maintaining HSE programs, overseeing security operations, conducting risk assessments, managing training modules and audits, investigating safety incidents, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Strong leadership, investigative interviewing, security-technology expertise, and ability to manage budgets and regulatory documentation are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in safety, loss prevention and/or security management in a warehouse or industrial environment is required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, including direct supervisory experience over teams or departments, in a warehouse or industrial environment, is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, security, risk management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience within safety, loss prevention, or security management.
- Expert understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Current certifications in CPR & First Aid are mandatory.
