Job Summary
Lead shortage reduction and profitability by identifying theft, fraud, and dishonesty while enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents according to established protocols, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Drive store awareness training, data security compliance, and AP system application while fostering team knowledge through onboarding and teaching opportunities. Communicate daily goals, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and foster relationships with local law enforcement for case resolution. Ensure store systems function properly and report outages or safety concerns immediately. Available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- AP experience

- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
