Job Summary
Asset Protection Lead at Belk focused on reducing shortages and protecting profitability. Leads process improvement, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and supports proactive prevention of theft, fraud, and dishonesty. Responsible for training initiatives, data security compliance, AP system usage, incident documentation, and collaboration with local law enforcement. Requires 1+ year of retail/AP experience, ability to adapt to changing business needs, and physical ability to move and lift at least 40 lbs. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
