Job Summary
Lead store Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shortages and improve profitability by driving process improvements, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering AP training. Responsibilities include preventing theft/fraud, documenting incidents, coordinating with law enforcement, onboarding and developing staff, maintaining data security, and communicating daily goals. Requires adaptability, strong teamwork, technology comfort, and ability to move/lift items up to 40 lbs; available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience/AP experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
