Job Summary
Conduct proactive shortage reduction by identifying and preventing theft, fraud, and dishonesty while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents, documenting apprehensions and reporting incidents accurately. Lead store awareness training initiatives, data security compliance, and AP system application to enhance team knowledge and accuracy. Communicate daily goals, foster strong relationships with local law enforcement, and ensure store systems are functioning properly. Demonstrate adaptability by adjusting tactics based on business needs and maintaining composure during investigations. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, moving around all store areas and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- AP experience

- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
